Derby 2024 Mobile IV Treatments

Important: To secure your Derby appointment, a Credit Card will be required to place on file. The card will only be charged in the event you cancel your appointment. 50% of services will be charged for cancellations 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. 50% of services will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours or less of your appointment. 100% of services will charged within 72 hours or less of your appointment time. Everyone receiving treatment will need to be ready at the start of your chosen time. Those not present will be charged for treatment.
